Arkansas makes it a little difficult to get a liquor license, as they don’t have very much information available without calling their office. Because of this, don’t trust any website that says you can get your Arkansas liquor permit online. It doesn’t exist online.
In order to get your alcohol license, call the ABC Board of Arkansas at 501-682-1105 in Little Rock. They will send you all the forms you need by mail. Be prepared to tell them what type of establishment you’ll be opening, whether it’s a bar or restaurant. Background checks, IDs, and proof of ownership are all common requirements for liquor licenses. Your employees that serve alcohol will need to be certified by an approved Alcohol Certification program such as SureSellNow or Learn2Serve.
Expect your application to be reviewed by a panel, who will approve or deny your license based on a variety of factors.
